All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is dispatched with a tracking number from Australia Post. This tracking number will be updated with delivery information from Australia Post usually between 48 and 72 hours except weekends.
Delivery within Australia
We charge a $10 regular postage fee for standard deliveries within Australia. There may be additional charges for larger orders which will be calculated at check out. To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make the payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.
We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 2 business days from order confirmation date. Most Australian orders should arrive within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on your address.
With the current situation during the Pandemic, shipping may be delayed to some areas especially interstate and overseas. We will contact you via text message or email with the details that you provided to notify you of your tracking number for your order once it is dispatched.
In-store pickup / click and collect
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Shop 11, Southern River Shopping Centre, Southern River WA 6110. In-store pickup is available from Tuesday to Saturday. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the next day day except weekends. We will send you an email or a text message, when your order is ready along with instructions. The Clinic is closed for pick-ups on Mondays.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9.00am to 6pm on Tuesday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery outside Australia
Shipment for international orders are available, via Australia post or DHL. The cost will vary to different countries and will be confirmed at checkout.
At this time, we do not ship to all countries, please contact us to verify shipping before ordering.
All Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sanctuary Beauty & Wellness Centre is not responsible for these charges. If they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check it’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at [email protected]@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will follow it up for you.
